See how much you can save

Conditions

The chosen heat pump must be on the eligible heat pump list at the time of installation.

Financial Assistance Explanation

The financial assistance is no longer a fixed amount, but varies mainly according to the heating power in winter conditions of the system installed. Thus, the higher the heat pump power, the greater the financial assistance.

The financial assistance is $120 per 1,000 BTU/h.

Financial assistance can go up to $3,000.00 on certain systems. In addition, it is possible to combine this grant with all our promotions. This allows you to benefit from a major cost reduction.

All government grant claims are the responsibility of the customer. The customer has a duty to understand the claim deadlines and has a duty to inform themselves and understand the methods for making claims. KG Confort has no connection with respect to the amount of subsidies received. KG Confort disclaims all liability in the event of a grant not received. This change can help you save thousands of dollars on your heating bills every year and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

  • You are a Canadian homeowner
  • Your home is heated with oil
  • Your household income is equal to or below the median after-tax income
  • You meet all program eligibility criteria
  • Your home is connected to an integrated electrical grid

What the Funding Covers

CAMT program funding can cover the following expenses:

  • Purchase and installation of eligible heat pump systems
  • Electrical and mechanical upgrades required for the new system
  • Safe removal of your oil tank
  • Installation of supplemental electric heating (if needed)
  • Replacement of other household systems that use oil, such as the water heater (if needed)

Upfront Payment

Once your application is approved, you will receive a cheque. In most cases, you will receive your funds before having to pay associated costs. Funding may be combined with additional financial assistance from other federal, provincial or territorial programs.
