Important message

Since July 29, 2020, all heating or air conditioning installations with a nominal power between 4kW and 70kW are subject to an obligation to have them serviced by a qualified professional every two years.

Legal obligation according to decree n°2020-912 of July 28, 2020 relating to the inspection and maintenance of boilers, heating systems and air conditioning systems whose nominal power is between 4kW and 70 kW.

Preventive measures carried out during the maintenance visit for the detection of refrigerant leaks, in accordance with the regulations in force (article R543-79 to R543-123 of the Environmental Code) and the decrees of February 29, 2016, and April 19, 2017 relating to certain refrigerants and fluorinated greenhouse gases.

Note: Deep cleaning services are not included in regular maintenance. These are two separate services.

Before the intervention, an estimate will be given to you.

Maintain the energy performance of the device

Did you choose your air conditioning unit for its energy performance and low consumption? To enjoy its efficiency for a long time, maintenance of your air conditioner is essential. The dust that accumulates in the filters, and the interlocking of its elements in fact hinders it in its work, and pushes it to deploy extra energy to obtain the results you ask of it. You then get higher energy bills, or diminished performance.

Maintain healthy indoor air

Then comes a question of the health of the occupants of the house. An air conditioner in operation stirs a large volume of air. However, bacteria and mold thrive in clogged filters, before passing into the air circulating in your air conditioning system. Maintaining the air conditioning in the house helps to purify the air and clean up the indoor atmosphere.

Ensuring the longevity of the device and the safety of the inhabitants

Good maintenance of the air conditioning system also reduces the risk of more serious breakdowns, by preventing the various components that make up the device from being oversupplied, which wears them out prematurely . It also reduces the risk of short circuits and other electrical causes of fire.

Maintenance of an air conditioning/heating unit or heat pump is essential to its proper functioning and longevity. Over time, dust accumulates in the system, causing overconsumption of the air conditioner and higher energy bills. Mold and bacteria can also grow in the filters and be expelled along with the blast of cool air or heating. Finally, without maintenance, the risk of failure increases and with it, that of a short circuit.
