Wi-Fi Connection — NetHome Plus

Follow the steps below to connect your heat pump to the NetHome Plus app and control it remotely from your phone.

Download NetHome Plus

Download the App

Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Search for NetHome Plus
Install the app

Create a NetHome Plus account

Create an Account or Log In

Open the app
Create a new account with your email
Verify your email address if prompted
Log in

Set the Heat Pump to Wi-Fi Mode

Turn on your heat pump
On the remote control, press and hold the "Wi-Fi" button or press it 7 times in a row (often a symbol or "LED" button depending on the brand) for 5 seconds
A blinking Wi-Fi icon on the unit indicates it is ready to connect

Add device in NetHome Plus

Add Your Device in NetHome Plus

In the app, tap "Add Device"
Choose "Air Conditioner" or "Split Type AC"
The app will ask you to connect to your heat pump's temporary Wi-Fi network (e.g., "AC_xxxx")
Connect to this Wi-Fi network from your phone (in Wi-Fi settings)

Enter Wi-Fi information

Enter Your Home Wi-Fi Information

Go back to the NetHome Plus app
Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password
The app will transmit this information to your heat pump so it can connect to your network

Connection Successful

Once connected, the unit stops blinking
You can now control your heat pump remotely via the app

Important Tips

Your Wi-Fi must be 2.4 GHz — most heat pumps do not support 5 GHz
Keep your phone close to the heat pump during setup
If it doesn't work on the first try, use AP (Access Point) mode in the app
